production method
It is obtained by reacting p-chlorothiophenol with formaldehyde and hydrochloric acid. In a 500L glass-lined reaction pot, 200kg of 35% concentrated hydrochloric acid is added, 30kg of 30% formaldehyde is slowly added under stirring, and the addition is completed in about 20min. Then continue stirring for 15min. Heat to 40 ℃, add 85kg of benzene solution of p-chlorophenol dropwise, raise the temperature to 55 ℃ for 2h after adding, cool to 30 ℃, stand for stratification, wash the upper sulfide with water for two times, and then evaporate benzene under reduced pressure to obtain p-chlorophenyl chloromethyl sulfide.
